School of Coffee renews MOU with SBM
School of Business Management Published on 12 Apr 2022

Head down (or up) to The Upper Room (located at the NYP Library)! This new term, our Food & Beverage Business students have come up with Japanese-themed creations for the menu. Keep an eye out for delicious udon in dashi broth, beef/chicken rice bowls and sushi sandos (sandwiches made with sushi rice). Popular and familiar items such as its Masala tea and coffee will still be available.

Since SBM’s partnership with the School of Coffee (SOC) started in Nov 2018, 11 batches of SBM students have done their Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) at The Upper Room. This partnership gives our Diploma in Food & Beverage Business students a learning facility for practical training as part of the TEP. It also provides a training venue for students involved in food & beverage-related competitions. The MOU was recently renewed on 12 Apr, signed by Esther Ho, director, SBM and Tony Tang, CEO, SOC.
