Refund and Payment Policy 

With effect from 17 Jul 2023, the following policy for withdrawals/deferments will apply for all CET courses: 

Refund Policy (applicable to students who have fully paid the fees)

100% refund of paid fees
- includes course fees and exam / assessment fees (if applicable)

- insurance / application fee (if applicable) is not refundable

Withdraw/Deferment from course* less than 14 days before

course* starts

50% refund of paid fees
- includes course fees and exam / assessment fees (if applicable)

- insurance / application fee (if applicable) is not refundable

 

Withdrawal/Deferment  on or after date of course*

commencement for the payment period.

No refund of paid fees
– includes course fees and supplementary / application fees (if applicable).


Payment Policy (applicable to students who have not paid fees or have paid only partial fees)

- insurance / application fee (if applicable) is not refundable

No waiver of paid fees
– includes course fees and supplementary / application fees (if applicable).

^The date of withdrawal/deferment  will be based on the date the request for withdrawal/deferment  is lodged by the student.

*Here, a course can refer to an e-learning course, a module, a MC, a PDC, or a full qualification programme.
