Course description
This course is for social service professionals new to working with individuals or families. Learners will examine and appreciate the principles in casework assessment and intervention. The five stages of casework assessment and intervention practice will be applied as a framework. Lastly, there will be group discussions to understand what the considerations are for every action and inaction in the process of assessing and intervening, applied to the work context of each individual learner.
