Course description
This course will equip social service practitioners with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead themselves effectively and navigate challenges within the dynamic context of their organisations. Through a hybrid blend of asynchronous self-paced videos and in-class discussions and learning activities, participants will learn and practice solutions to manage challenges “within” (self), “across” (colleagues) and “above” (superiors). This workshop is suitable for social service practitioners and other professionals working in social services settings who wish to enhance their capability in working within the context of their organisation
