Course description
The WSCert features three Modular Certificates, each comprising 180 hours and including four to five modules along with an OJT (institution-company led) project.The WSC spans 18 months and includes:14 modules to be completed on campus, with one full-day release from the company per week for lessons over 71 weeks.Three OJT projects to be conducted concurrently at the workplace over 71 weeks.The 18-month OJT aspect of the course, conducted at the participant’s workplace, includes the completion of OJT modules (540 hours), three OJT (institution-company led) projects, and periodic consultation and assessment sessions.After completing the three Modular Certificates, participants will need to study for an additional two Modular Certificates to obtain the Diploma in Applied Science (Food Technology).
