Course description
Many retailers have setup eCommerce store or have presence on Marketplaces, such as Shopee & Lazada, but face difficulties in driving traffic to their sites to generate sales as they compete with many competitors selling similar or the same products. Managing the business website or Marketplace platforms adds another layer of challenge to the retailers.
The solution is to gain high volume of engagement and use tools that are easy to manage; i.e. by selling directly to their customers through Social Media Platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as messaging applications, such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
This course offers the learner a practical solution to setup a MiniShop that is compatible with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and WeChat and use the many functions on MiniChat to engage and convert customers through WhatsApp.
