2. Make ang ku kueh fillings to it right consistency

3. Assemble kueh with correct tools and technique

4. Cook kueh to its final form

5. Innovate traditional Ang Ku Kuehs with natural food colourings

6. Produce kueh in accordance with industry practice

Course description

This module is designed to provide learners with the basic techniques of kueh making. Learners will also have insights to the ingredients and tools specific to kueh making, as well as a good understanding on how these kueh is being prepared with hands on practice. Learners will get to individually make the Ang Ku Kueh of different colours, together with the filling all from scratch and assemble/cook to its final form by the end of the session.
