Graduation Ceremony Proceedings 

e-Tickets for Guests 

• Each graduand may invite a maximum of TWO (2) guests to the ceremony. The e-tickets for you and your guest(s) will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) by 19 April 2024.
• Your guest(s) must present the e-ticket(s) at the registration counter for entry into the auditorium on the day of your graduation ceremony.

Name Cards

• When you register at the auditorium on the day of the ceremony, you will be given a Name Card.
• Please ensure that the correct Name Card is given to you.
• Scan this card at the scanning station as you queue up to go on stage. After the card is scanned, continue to hold on to the card.
• When it is your turn to receive the diploma, hand your Name Card to the staff on stage for your name to be read.

Stage Photographs

• You may place your order for copies of photographs with the official photographer via their website. 
• More details may be found on the order form that will be given to you after you exit the stage.
