All graduands and guests are to register attendance by 16 April 2024* via the unique link and password sent to the graduand’s NYP email address. (*For graduands who receive their e-invites on 20 Apr 2024, please RSVP by 22 Apr 2024.) If you have completed your course more than six months ago, the link will be sent to your personal email address that is on our records.

You will be asked to enter your admission number and password. This registration link has been personalised for you. Please do not forward it to others. 

Upon successful submission of your RSVP, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your preferred email address (as indicated during registration). The e-tickets with QR codes for you and your guests, along with car entry pass, will be sent after e-registration closes, by 19 April 2024. Please bring these along on the day of your ceremony.

You may bring up to two (2) guests to the ceremony.

The e-tickets for your guests will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) by 19 April 2024. Each guest will be issued their own e-ticket with a unique QR code.

Each e-ticket admits only one guest. 

Your guest(s) may present either the printed or soft copy e-tickets at the registration counter on the day itself.

Visitors without tickets will not be admitted. 

Graduands who did not register by 16 Apr 2024* will be unable to join the graduation ceremonies.

*For graduands who receive their e-invites on 20 Apr 2024, RSVP deadline is 22 Apr 2024.

Do note that we are unable to accept walk-ins and unregistered guests at the ceremonies.

NYP will inform MINDEF of the graduation ceremony dates.

NSFs can request for time-off to attend their graduation ceremonies, subject to exigencies of services, and each unit's training schedule. Do note that MINDEF holds the final decision for NSFs to be released for the graduation ceremonies.

You may collect your diploma from 31 May 2024 onwards from i@Central. You must make an appointment prior to collecting, and appointments should be made at least two days in advance via NYP e-Appointment.

You may authorise, in writing, for a proxy to collect it on your behalf. The last 4 digits of your proxy's NRIC number must be clearly stated in the authorisation letter. Your proxy must bring along his/her NRIC for verification when collecting your diploma. 

Your proxy can collect your diploma certificate and folder from 31 May 2024 onwards from i@Central. Please make an appointment at least two days in advance via NYP e-Appointment.

Yes, self-collection is available at NYP’s Theatre for the Arts (TFA) Function Room (A.248) at Blk A Level 2 from 18 Apr till 27 Apr 2024 (excluding Sundays). Opening hours for on-campus collection are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 10.00 am – 5.30 pm

Saturday: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays 

Alternatively, the vendor can deliver your graduation attire to your preferred delivery address via courier service, at an affordable delivery fee. Do note that the option to request for home delivery is only available from 15 to 21 Apr 2024.

If you are returning your graduation attire to the vendor’s office, you must make an appointment prior.

There will not be any on-the-spot rental or purchase of graduation attire during the graduation ceremonies.

Please rent or purchase your graduation attire via the vendor’s website www.beauvoix.com.sg by 27 Apr 2024 to ensure delivery/collection of your attire before your ceremony date. Do note that the option to request for home delivery is only available from 15 to 21 Apr 2024.

The graduation attire must not be worn over any uniform. You must change into civilian attire before you are allowed to go up on stage.
