Social Media Management – Thye Shan Medical Hall

The team enhanced Thye Shan Medical Hall’s customer engagement through social media platforms by:

  • Conducting a digital footprint analysis
  • Developing a digital media strategy
  • Creating relevant digital content to execute the strategy
  • Managing Thye Shan’s social media channels

At the end of the project, there were significant increases in page likes. The structured approach to customer engagement also allowed Thye Shan to take over the social media management easily when the project ended. One of the Facebook campaigns created saw a reach of over 100,000 people.
