"During my internship at Jiangnan University, I was assigned to work on a project focused on food science. Nonetheless, I was able to apply formulation concepts and laboratory techniques from what I learned as a student in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology. This experience helped me become more independent and sharpen my critical thinking and problem-solving skills as I adjusted to a different academic and cultural setting."
