Having little or no experience in the healthcare industry, but would still like to have an understanding of common medical terms? Confused by seemingly similar medical terms like Hyperglycemia and Hypoglycemia or Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis? You are not alone!
Learning and understanding medical terms and disorders commonly used by doctors and other healthcare professionals can be a daunting task for many people. To make the learning easier, this one-day short course will provide you with some simple strategies and skills to understand and learn common medical terms and disorders. You will also be introduced to smartphone apps to aid in your understanding of medical terminology.
