Congratulations to the NYP Squash Team!
NYP Squash Team hosted their very first, NYP Squash Open 2016, held on the 12th of November and teams that participated included powerhouse Singapore Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Despite only three teams participating, the quality of squash observed from all teams were of a high calibre and intensity. Therefore, making it a very exciting tournament. Our Squash Teams managed a 2nd and 3rd placing in the girls’ and boys’ team category, respectively!
Both the girl’s and boy’s teams demonstrated a never-say-die attitude despite facing players graded much higher than them. In addition, these tournament was self-run by the squash team from the planning phase all through to the execution.
