NYP Street Workout Club members are calisthenics enthusiasts who get together to learn about human movements. It is a physical activity performed mostly outdoor using one's own bodyweight. NYP Street Workout also gets to perform during Open House and Student Life Carnival to showcase the different movements using bars such as hanging upside down and defying gravity.
From beginner to advanced level, we welcome everyone to join us, and see what your body can do with some training. Through these training sessions, we want members to develop a keen sense of the can-do spirit that NYP strives to inculcate in its students.
