NYP Street Workout Club is about calisthenics where our members will get to learn variety of human movements. It is a physical activity performed mostly in outdoor using own bodyweight. NYP Street Workout also gets to perform during Open House and Student Life Carnival to showcase the different movement using bars such as hanging upside down and defying gravity and our own body.
From beginners to advanced skill levels, man or woman, we welcome everyone to join us and see what your body can do with some training. Through these training sessions, we want members develop a keen sense of the can-do spirit that NYP strives to inculcate in its students.
