Strongman, also known as strength athletics, involves building overall strength in the gym and via strength training. In NYP Strongman Club, we enjoy lifting weights, pushing our limits and breaking our personal records. We also have sport-specific training that adds to all the fun such as tyre flips, sled drags, object loading or carrying, and more!
Whether or not you have experience lifting weights, all are welcome to join the club! If you're keen like us, do come down and join us for a session!
