Strongman, also known as strength athletics, involves building overall strength in the gym and training. In NYP Strongman Club, we enjoy lifting weights, pushing our limits and breaking our PRs. We also have sports-specific training that add on to all the fun such as tyre flips, sled drags, object loading or carrying and more!
Whether or not you have experience lifting weights, all men and women are welcome to join the club! If you're like one of us, do come down and join us for a session!
