Game Apps Making Us Proud

Yay to our SIDM students! In the recent mYouth Mobile App Challenge*, three SIDM games created by our students were selected to represent Singapore in the Continental Asia phase of the competition. Zheng Qingping and Leong JunXiang (Game Development Technology) along with Joshua Felix Koh (Game Art & Design) represented their teams to present their games in Hong Kong to a panel of experts in the field of mobile and business development. And one won!

The game "Power to Save a Life" - a project collaboration with the Singapore Heart Foundation - impressed the judges and won the Asian leg. Joshua and his team's game will be heading to Macedonia for the International phase of the challenge. Power to you, guys!

*The mYOuth Mobile App Challenge is part of Project mYouth2.0. It focuses on the promotion of entrepreneurship education by teaching youth about the potential of mobile apps in starting their own start-ups.
