Course description

Through this 1-day course, participants will learn about the forces that are driving organisational change and the nature of change within organisations. Participants will also be equipped with the skills to better embrace, prepare for and respond to change.

Trainer Profile

Tan Guo Qiang

Tan Guo Qiang brings along extensive experience in the field of learning and training development in both the public and private sector. Guo Qiang specializes in the designing, developing, and implementing of courseware, training, and assessment frameworks. Guo Qiang is currently an Adjunct Lecturer with School of Business, NYP as well as Associate Curriculum Developer and Associate Learning Solutionist with various training providers in Singapore. Prior to joining the training and adult education sector, Guo Qiang was the Deputy General Manager in a local SME, he managed the Human Resource and Learning & Development functions within the company. Since 2021, Guo Qiang has been appointed as the Chairperson for Special Interest Group – Learning Technology as part of IAL AEN initiatives. He has also been invited as panel speakers for “Future Skills for the New Digital Trainer” and “Emerge Stronger Through Workplace Learning” Live Webinars.
