Course description
Skills are fast becoming the currency of the future as we move increasingly towards a skills-based economy. While many are aware of the needs for upskilling and closing the skills gap, very few business leaders understand the frameworks and tools they can leverage to effectively manage and use skills data to future-proof their business, boost productivity and performance.This program is designed to provide you with an overview of Skills Intelligence. Participants will be able to derive the outcome of an expert-driven process of identifying, analysing, synthesising and presenting quantitative and/or qualitative skills and labour market information. Skills Intelligence reports can then be deployed to develop training need analysis and for talent development.

Terence Yiew is a seasoned HR professional, corporate trainer, and lecturer with deep expertise in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Learning & Development (L&D). With a strong foundation in HR strategy, talent management and leadership development, he has successfully trained and mentored professionals across diverse industries.
Currently a Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Business Management, Terence specialises in Talent Management and Development, guiding the next generation of HR and business professionals.
