Mr Ian Teo, Lecturer

Mr Ian Teo brings over a decade of experience in event management, project leadership, and business development with leading global brands before joining Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP). His career highlights include directing the inaugural Purple Parade (2013), managing major events at Suntec Singapore such as the Singapore Motor Show and Singapore Airlines Product Launch, and overseeing VVIP hospitality for ONE Championship across Asia. He pioneered innovative concepts like SPROUT 2018 and many different immersive dining experiences. At NYP, Ian mentors learners through real-world projects and shares practical insights on event innovation, experiential marketing, and omni-channel strategies—combining strategic planning with creative execution.
