About this course

Course objectives

Through this course, learners will be equipped with the competencies to:1) Understand the various methods and techniques used in research, including primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative research, and online and offline research methods.2) Design and implement a research project, including develop research questions, select appropriate methods and sampling techniques, and analyse and interpret data to support trade association’s decision making3) Develop the ability to collect, analyse and interpret data using appropriate research analytical tools and software.4) Present research findings and recommendations to various stakeholders such as trade association members, policy makers and members of the public using appropriate data visualisation tools.
