Course description

The Grievance Handling Course aims to equip middle management, managers, reporting officers, and HR executives with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle employee grievances confidently and effectively. The course covers a comprehensive range of topics, including understanding the nature and types of grievances, the role of people managers, creating awareness of the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA), and developing a structured framework for handling grievance-related conversations.
