Course description
Participants will be introduced to key Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and learn how to identify automation opportunities in their daily work. They will be guided through the design and development of structured processes using a low-code tool to automate tasks such as data entry, reporting, and approvals. The course also covers practical techniques including the use of logic and inputs to create smarter bots, handling errors and exceptions gracefully, testing and debugging automations, and maintaining them for long-term use. Real-world use cases such as invoice processing, data migration, and email triage, are integrated into hands-on exercises to help learners appreciate the practical value of automation. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design reliable bots that save time, reduce errors, and improve workplace productivity.
