About this course
Course objectives
This course aims to provide the participants with a sound understanding and application of the practical and risk-based defence methodology to prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats in an enterprise network environment. It is a practice-oriented course conducted with lectures and hands-on workshops. Course participants will be able to explain cybersecurity principles, apply risk assessments, explain and apply cryptographic techniques for data at rest or transit, explain network access controls, conduct network vulnerability assessment, explain network security devices, apply servers and system hardening techniques, explain incident response, and business continuity management.

IT project managers, network engineer, project managers, system administrators and information security managers with a degree (or)diploma in IT or engineering.
