Course description
As presentation and communication skills are becoming increasingly more important in today’s workplace, it is no longer enough to have just the capability to carry out one’s job. By taking this course, learners will learn to confidently deliver knockout presentations that captivate and engage their audience. They will pick up tips on using visual aids as well as positive and non-verbal language to be more persuasive and compelling in the way they present their ideas. They will also learn how to expertly leverage on Q&As to clarify and reiterate one's key messages.
