Course objectives
Learners will be able to:• Develop & utilise appropriate research methods for information collection to uncover valuable insights and needs of the customer users.• Generate multiple inputs during brainstorming sessions to support the creation of innovative ideas.• Integrate convergent and divergent thinking techniques to develop new approaches, creative ideas, or human-centred customer solutions.Through these indicators, we can determine if learners have enhanced their abilities to develop deep human understandings of their customers, so as to generate innovative solutions to solve the customers problems / challenges, as well as being able to tap on this learned knowledge for re-skilling needs.
Course description
In today’s world of disruption and with the marketplace evolving so quickly, it is no longer enough to have just the skills set that we possess when we first enter our jobs.
