This course aims to equip learners with an in-depth understanding of in disposing food waste in a sustainable and enviromentally friendly manner.
Learners will also gain knowledge on key food spoilage causes and preventive methods besides understanding the benefits of adopting eco-friendly practices which lead towards a sustainable future.
Course description
Upon completion of this course, learners will develop the abilities to:
Understand and describe key principles of food waste disposalDescribe key food spoilage causes and the preventive measures.Establish SOPs for proper food waste management and disposal procedures.Establish recycling and eco-friendly practices.
