Learners will learn to make cupcakes that will be stunningly decorated with butter cream pipped flowers. Learners will also learn about different icing consistencies that can be used in creating different types of floral design.

Understanding the science of mixing buttercream 3. Master the essential baking skills such as creaming, folding and piping 4. Develop skills to troubleshoot common baking and creaming issues.
