About the Course

As part of the Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP) for the tourism sector, Nanyang Polytechnic has worked in partnership with Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and National Association of Travel Agents (NATAS) to curate a list of relevant SkillsFuture-Series courses for Travel Agents (TA) frontline employees.  These courses are developed as part of the Travel Agent Capability Development Framework, an initiative under Tourism Recovery Action Taskforce (TRAC) sub-committee, with a focus on developing TA employees with 1-3 years’ experience in the following job functions:


1.       Sales Travel Consultant

2.       Product and Experience Development

3.       Coordination and Reservations Executive

  • Course Aims

    The curated series of courses aim to equip the Sales Travel Consultants, Product & Experience Development Executives and Coordination & Reservations Executives to perform their job functions better and to value-add to their travel agencies.
  • Target Participants

    The courses are specially curated for the following:

    1.       Sales Travel Consultants

    2.       Product and Experience Development Executives

    3.       Coordination and Reservations Executives

  • Course Structure

    Each series of courses comprises five to six courses each; each course is either 1 or 2 days in duration.

    Note: Participants are free to sign up for any of the courses in the series. A certificate of completion will be awarded for each completed course. In addition, participants who complete all the courses within the series will be awarded an overall certificate of recognition. (All courses must be completed by 31 Dec 2020.)

Course Details


Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of each course. In addition, an overall certificate of recognition will be issued upon completion of all courses under each curated list by 31 December 2020.
