Food Safety In Action - Tackling Food Safety Threats with Innovative Solutions

It is important for people to understand how our behaviour and activities contribute to the safety of food and how we can decrease the risk of foodborne illness.

Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) is once again organising a Food Safety Day – ‘Tackling Food Safety Threats with Innovative Solutions’ -  bringing together different experts in the field and regulators to talk about management of food safety. There will also be facility tours and demonstration of the solutions.

We hope that you can join us to learn about the capabilities of analytical techniques which can help you in your R&D and QC/QA efforts, to make food safe for our consumption.
