NYP-3M Best Practices in Safe Food Handling Seminar

Organised by NYP and 3M, the Best Practices in Safe Food Handling seminar brings together experts from the regulatory body, lab solutions providers, retailers and educators to provide a holistic overview of food safety and offering the possible know-how and technologies to help our food industry to prevent, monitor and detect food safety issues.

There will be a short hands-on session at the NYP Food Safety Centre at the end of the workshop. Interested participants (limited to the first 10 participants on a first come first served basis) are invited to bring along their own samples to do a test run. The samples will be tested for milk allergen.

Interested participants may sign-up for the seminar here
