SHSS Students Organised Fun Activities In Partnership With Chinatown Heritage Centre
School of Health & Social Sciences Published on 26 Jan 2019

On 26 January 2019, our Diploma in Nursing students from the School of Health and Social Sciences (SHSS) organised an afternoon of therapeutic and nostalgic activities for caregivers in conjunction with the launch of Caregivers Alliance Limited. This is done in partnership with the Chinatown Heritage Centre.

The participants got to try out art therapy, play childhood games, bake and even role-play characters from the olden days.

Through this collaborative final-year project (FYP), our students reached out to the community and help caregivers understand the importance of relieving stress in our hectic daily lives. With this partnership, caregivers and their families can look forward to more activities with the Chinatown Heritage Centre in the upcoming months!
