Traditional Chinese Medicine Store Goes Digital

A team of our School of Business Management students has recently worked with Thye Hin Hoe Medical Store, a popular Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) store in Bedok in developing an e-commerce platform. This collaboration allows our students to learn about omnichannel marketing while helping traditional shops to digitalise their business.
Since the launch of their e-commerce platform in June 2018, Thye Hin Hoe has seen an overall 10% increase in its revenue.
