Lost and Found

Have you lost or found something?
Just proceed to i@Central to handover the found item or report your lost item. 

Found item

Items handed over to i@Central for safekeeping will be registered in i@Central’s database. If you wish to handover a found item after operating hours, please deposit the item via the dropbox located outside i@Central (Blk A Level 1). We will do our utmost to contact and verify the ownership of items before handing them over to the owner. Uncollected item(s) will be donated or disposed after 3 months.

To claim item(s), the owner needs to produce his/her identification document and show proof of ownership or answer a few questions for verification purpose.  

For hygiene reasons, we would not be accepting the following items:

• Used apparels such as jackets, sweaters, hats, gloves, shorts, pants, scarves
• Used shoe bag and footwear
• Food and drink containers
• Cups and mugs

You may report a lost item via this link. Alternatively, you may email us at contactNYP@nyp.edu.sg (with effect from 18 May 2022, askNYP@nyp.edu.sg has been changed to contactNYP@nyp.edu.sg) or call 6451 5115 and please provide us with the following information:

1. Your name and contact number

2. Date, time and possible place where item was lost

3. Description of item(s)  

We will contact you if your item is found.
