Course description

This course explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business communication. Trainer Profile

Kimberly Devan, Senior Lecturer

Kimberly Devan has been a trainer and facilitator for AI Business Communications and Business Applications of Generative AI courses since 2023. She also lectures in Professional Business Communication and other communication modules at the School of Business Management, Nanyang Polytechnic. With over 13 years of experience in marketing and technology (MarTech) across various industries – including social media advertising, FinTech, and e-commerce fashion retail, she transitioned into academia to share her expertise. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business and Marketing from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Innovation from Singapore Management University (SMU). With a strong belief in lifelong learning, she has also earned certifications in Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), UI/UX, Computational Thinking and Coding, and Generative AI over the years. Additionally, her engaging teaching approach and ability to connect with learners ensure they are well prepared for future careers in business management and communication.
