Course objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Discover the Generative AI world, including its history and safety along with its distinct capabilities compared to traditional AI systems and its potential impact on workplace productivity
2. Apply effective prompting techniques using proven frameworks (COSTAR) to generate high-quality, relevant outputs
3. Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses and content to ensure accuracy, legitimacy, and usefulness.
4. Master the fundamentals of Generative AI and leverage GenAI tools (Pair, AIBots, ChatGPT) to enhance daily work productivity while maintaining responsible usage practices
Course description
This engaging 120-minute course provides hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools like ChatGPT and Pair Chat. Through interactive demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn to harness GenAI as a powerful productivity partner. The course focuses on practical hands-on examples and structured prompting techniques using the COSTAR framework to generate more precise and relevant responses. Participants will gain confidence in applying these tools effectively on any GenAI tools while understanding their appropriate use in both professional and personal context.
