Course objectives
This module is designed to equip learners with basic skills in the preparation of ingredients with western seasonings and sauces according to recipes. Learners will also pick up skills to use oven for various roasted and baked dishes. Learners will also be able to plate up the festive food in a communal style.
Course description
Singapore is a melting pot of different religions and cultures. Christmas celebrated here in Singapore is not only for Christians, but a season where families have gatherings together and dine on communal Western roast meals.
