Upon completion of this unity, learners will attain knowledge and skills in the following area: 1. Understanding the principles of noodle cooking techniques2. Understanding the types of condiments, herbs and spices used in preparing noodle dishes3. Master the methods and techniques for seasoning, flavouring and marinating of ingredients4. Master the technique of dry heat cooking methods that can be used on noodle dishes at appropriate cooking temperature to determine the desired doneness
