Course description
Upon completion of this unit, learners will attain knowledge and skills in the following areas: 1. Understanding the cultural significance and history of filled pasta 2. Learn about the naturing food colouring and their effects on pasta dough. 3. Apply lamination and layering techniques to create striped, patterned or printed pasta sheets. 4. Master advanced shaping techniques to make fillings for various filled pasta, and the appropriate sauces to go with various filled pasta. 5. Develop skills to troubleshoot on pasta making issues.
