Here’s a breakdown of your entire graduation timeline!
STEP 1
Register for Graduation Ceremony
06 to 17 Apr 2026 (Mon - Fri)
- A personalised link will be sent to your email address.
- You must RSVP by 17 Apr 2026 (Fri) to confirm your attendance at the ceremony.
- Each graduand may invite up to two (2) guests to the ceremony. The e-tickets for you and your guest(s) will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) from 20 April 2026.
- Graduands who are conferred later than the main cohort will receive their registration email by 24 Apr 2026 (Fri). Do RSVP immediately to receive your e-tickets early.
We seek your kind understanding that:
- We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or unregistered guests.
- Admission into the Auditorium to witness the Graduation Ceremony is not intended for children below six (6) years of age.
The e-registration service is managed by PICO Art International Pte Ltd and Searix Solutions International Pte Ltd on behalf of Nanyang Polytechnic.
STEP 2
Order your graduation gown
06 to 26 Apr 2026 (Mon - Sun)
- To rent or purchase your graduation gown, please visit our gown supplier Beau Voix’s website at www.beauvoix.com.sg.
- Request for home delivery service is only available from 06 to 24 Apr 2026 (Mon - Fri).
STEP 3
Return all NYP property and pay outstanding fees
By 12 Apr 2026 (Sun)
Please be advised that the collection of your diploma certificate and academic transcript at the graduation ceremony is contingent upon the complete fulfilment of all outstanding obligations to Nanyang Polytechnic.
You must:
- Return all NYP property, including library books, sports and lab equipment.
- Pay all fees, including library fines and tuition fees.
STEP 4
Attend your graduation ceremony!

Retrieve your OpenCerts
By 31 May 2026 (Sun)
Your OpenCerts will be sent to your NYP and personal email addresses by 31 May 2026.
