Our Food Safety Day is going virtual this year!

New challenges to food safety will continue to emerge, largely because of changes in food production and supply, changes in consumer preferences and habits, new and emerging bacteria, toxins and antibiotic resistance.  Food safety is integral to our work towards sustainability, so there is no food security without food safety. There are known knowns – things we know that we know. There are known unknowns - things that we now know we do not know.

Join us to hear what the experts have to share with regard to the unknowns we do not know.
