The Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science course aims to equip the food and nutrition professionals with in-depth knowledge and skills in nutrition research methods, nutrition analysis, community nutrition & communication, as well as food labelling and requirements. The skills and attributes will allow them to contribute effectively in nutrition research & food product development, applied nutrition & food marketing in food science, and public health promotion.
What You'll Study
Certification
Participants who meet the assessment and attendance requirements of the four modules under each PDC will be awarded the respective post-diploma certificate.
Participants will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science upon successful completion of the 2 PDCs. The award of the Specialist Diploma is governed by the Polytechnic’s examinations rules and regulations.
