Food Safety Centre

The NYP Food Safety Centre (FSC) is a key food safety training facility for students from the Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition.

The FSC allows our learners to understand the entire food safety management process from farm to fork. This includes:

  • Raw materials testing
  • Testing of finished food products for regulatory compliance
  • Contact surface hygiene monitoring and testing

The FSC is also an ISO17025 certified food testing laboratory, accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC).
