Every student will have the option to earn globally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 and Level 2 Awards in Wines during their studies.

WSET Wine Education

Students in the F&B Management specialisation will complete the foundation wine study curriculum from Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET)alongside NYP's Wine & Mixology learning unit. 

 

Featuring WSET Level 1 Award in Wines course contentyou will explore the principles of food and wine pairing, as well as wine styles, grape varieties, storage, and service techniques. Master the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT), a professional method to describe wine through sight, smell, and taste.

 

Upon completion of this hands-on module, you will acquire essential wine knowledge and tasting skills aligned with international industry standards.

 

Plus, enjoy the exclusive opportunity to pursue WSET's Level 2 Award in Wines Certification within the NYP campus, deepening both your knowledge and tasting skills for Wine Study and Appreciation.
