NYP360 Project with Tribal Worldwide Asia X iShopChangi

Tribal Worldwide Asia had partnered Nanyang Polytechnic to produce two social media campaign for iShopChangi, one targeting at Gen-Z and tertiary students while the other undergraduate and millennials (working adults) respectively.

The project is part of the NYP360 initiative where companies can tap on the expertise across NYP Schools to develop solutions. In this project, our School of Business Management and School of Design students collaborated to conduct research and produce creative solutions for the client.

Under close guidance of lecturers from both schools and professionals from Tribal Worldwide Asia, the students were tasked to build brand awareness and top-of-mind recall around iShopChangi’s products and service offerings through their social media campaigns.

Our students presented their final marketing campaigns proposal to Ms Nicole Foo, General Manger (Online Retail) and Karen Chen, Assistant Manager from iShopChangi as well as the representatives from agency in-charge, Tribal Worldwide Singapore. The client was impressed with the outcomes and had intention to execute one of the proposals.
