  • Course Duration

    • 90 hours over 2 months for the Refresher Programme
    • 600 hours over 16 months for WSQ Diploma in Precision Engineering (Master Craftsman Skills) course
    • Classes will be conducted on 1-full day release (8 hours) and 1 evening (3 hours) per week

    Funding Incentive

    1. Incentive for participants (Singapore Citizen)

    • $5,000 sign-on incentive: applicable to fresh ITE graduates with less than 3 years of working experience and currently in employment with participating company (Note: Signees with no prior study awards)
    • $1,000 SkillsFuture Qualification Award: upon successful attaining WSQ Diploma

    2. Incentives for Companies who employed Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident

    • Overall cap of $15,000 per participant: applicable to Company-sponsored SCs & PRs with less than 1 year and not more than 5 years from ITE graduation date or ORD date and currently in employment with participating company
