The Back to Nursing Practice Course (Emergency Response) for RNs facilitates RNs who are out of practice to return to their clinical practice in a safe and confident manner. The course is practice-centred and responds to current and future needs of nurses. It aims to update participants’ skills and knowledge to be more confident and competent in their clinical roles after being away from nursing for some time.
On successful completion of the Back to Nursing Practice course, participants will continue to be supported by their employing institution through an orientation and induction process and continuing on-the-job training (OJT) using SNB’s BNP Competency Assessment (CA) form for 6 months.
Registered Nurses (RNs) in Singapore Nursing Board’s (SNB) Roll who are out of practice.
Participants will be issued with a Certificate of Completion upon meeting all the required course attendance and requirements.
