About the Course
The SGUS Programme in Adolescent & Youth Health comprises the Specialist Diploma in Adolescent & Youth Health as well as other short courses on Contemporary Issues In Healthcare Environment and Information Management & Technology. The programme is designed to provide the academic preparation and practical skills for participants to practise in adolescent and youth health service settings. The application of in-depth knowledge - relating to student health management, health education and health promotion, adolescent development, health and psychosocial issues in adolescence and therapeutic communication - equips the participants to function effectively in the setting of adolescent and youth health service.
