Staff IT HelpdeskStaff IT Helpdesk offers a single point of contact for all technical support services pertaining to NYP-issued notebook PCs, network and enterprise applications. IT Helpdesk Counter Service is now available from 0830hrs to 1800hrs on weekdays, and is conveniently located at A.427B. Staff can also access the IT Helpdesk Portal for self-service account reset and service request update.
You can search for staff information using any of the following search criteria:
Staff name: Key in name of Staff, either in part or full.
Telephone extension no: Key in the last four digits of the staff's tel number (e.g. if the tel is 6550XXXX, key in XXXX).
Designation: Choose a title from the drop-list to generate staff list with that title.
Department: Choose a department or school from the drop-list to generate staff list of that department/school.
