Urban Strength promotes the fundamentals of back-to-basics strength and training philosophies, with the community at it's core. In addition, the club strives to make sessions modern and simplified to make trainings fun and meaningful.

NYP Urban Strength focuses on fitness programmes that involve weight-bearing and body-weight exercises.

From beginner to advanced level, we welcome everyone to join us, and see what your body can do with some training. Through these training sessions, we want members to develop a keen sense of the can-do spirit that NYP strives to inculcate in its students.
