Internships play a crucial role in shaping our career paths by providing hands-on experience and exposing us to real-world challenges. During my internship with Rikkeisoft in Hanoi, I delved into the dynamic world of business, applying my classroom knowledge to practical situations.
I also experienced the vibrant local culture and celebrated festivals like Halloween, Christmas, and Chinese New Year. This opportunity not only enhanced my understanding of the global business landscape but also laid a solid foundation for my future in HR, allowing me to connect with diverse professionals and participate in meaningful company events.
